I’m still listening to my body and trying to figure out what it says I should be doing. My leg hurts, yes, but not any more when I run than otherwise. It IS better, though.
I set out to do at least 3, maybe a little more. My muscles and lungs want to go, go, go (so much so that I didn’t avoid the monster hill in my neighborhood!) so I went a little longer than planned.
I’m hoping to get 5 on Wednesday, 2-3 on Thursday, and 7-8 on Saturday. It’s a little less than I was running 2 weeks ago, but more than I’ve been running since. One thing I don’t miss about 25 mile weeks? The crazy hunger. It’s been nice to eat like a normal person!
